    Fruit & Veg Star Sticks from Maks Patch are a delicious and healthy alternative to rawhide with tons of benefits for dogs.

     

    Each colour stick is a different flavour to keep your dog's interested as they improve their oral hygiene:

    • Tan Fruit & Veg Star Stick is peanut butter (xylitol and palm oil free), banana and coconut oil.
    • Green Fruit & Veg Star Stick is spinach, apple and coconut oil.
    • Purple Fruit & Veg Star Stick is blueberry and coconut oil.

     

    Over 70% of the sticks are made from:

    • Sweet potatoes - great for digestive health, as they are high in dietary fibre, low in fat and contain vitamins B6, C and manganese.
    • Peas - amongst the healthiest vegetables for dogs, as they are a great source of vitamins A, B & K. They are packed with iron, zinc, potassium and magnesium, plus are rich in protein and fibre.

     

    The Fruit & Veg Star Sticks also contain health boosting natural additives, such as:

    • Brewer's yeast - rich in antioxidants for healthy skin and shiny coats.
    • Calcium carbonate - added as a source of calcium, which is an essential mineral for dogs.
    • Coconut oil - increases energy levels, stimulates metabolism, which can lead to weight loss and help with weight management. It improves the skin and coat, digestion and can reduce allergic reactions.

     

    These treats are made from natural ingredients that are free from meat and rawhide to aid digestion.

    Size: 1 x medium Fruit & Veg Star Stick = 14cm x 1.5cm x 1.5cm. 

     

    Weight = approx. 20g per stick.

     

    Composition: sweet potato flour, pea flour, vegetable glycerine, calcium carbonate, dried brewer's yeast, vegetable oil, coconut oil (1.5%) plus:

    • Tan Star Stick= real peanut butter (1%, does not contain xylitol), dried banana (1%).
    • Green Star Stick= dried spinach (1%), dried apple (1%).
    • Purple Star Stick= sweet potato flour (8.5%), dried blueberry (1%).

    Additives: potassium sorbate 0.1%.

     

    Analytical Constituents: moisture 13.5%, crude ash 4.7%, crude fibre 1.2%, protein 5.26%, fat content 2.5%. 

     

    Feeding Guide: Suitable for all dogs and puppies over 6 months.

    Dog's weight = max. pieces per day:

    3kg - 7kg = 1 - 2 sticks.

    7kg - 12kg = 2 - 3 sticks.

    12kg - 18kg = 3 - 5 sticks.

    >18kg = 6 sticks.

     

    These are a complementary food for dogs. Not for human consumption.

     

    Dogs should be supervised when chewing any treat.
