    Veggie Xmas Canes from Maks Patch are a delicious and healthy large chewy snack with tons of benefits for dogs.

     

    The two flavours of the Veggie Xmas Canes are:

    • red is cranberry and sweet potato.
    • green is apple and cinnamon.

     

    Over 70% of the canes are made with:

    • Sweet potatoes - great for digestive health, as they are high in dietary fibre, low in fat and contain vitamins B6, C and manganese.
    • Peas - amongst the healthiest vegetables for dogs, as they are a great source of vitamins A, B & K. They are packed with iron, zinc, potassium and magnesium, plus are rich in protein and fibre.

     

    The Veggie Xmas Canes also contain health boosting natural additives, such as:

    • Brewer's yeast - rich in antioxidants for healthy skin and shiny coats.
    • Calcium carbonate - added as a source of calcium, which is an essential mineral for dogs.
    • Coconut oil - increases energy levels, stimulates metabolism, which can lead to weight loss and help with weight management. It improves the skin and coat, digestion and can reduce allergic reactions.

     

    These treats are made from natural ingredients that are free from meat and rawhide to aid digestion and are also free from palm oil.

    Composition: sweet potato flour, pea flour, vegetable glycerin, calcium carbonate, dried brewer's yeast, vegetable oil plus:

    • Red Cane = dried cranberry (2%), dried tomato (1.5%), coconut oil (0.1%).
    • Green Cane = dried apple (2%), dried broccoli (1.5%) coconut oil (0.1%), dried cinnamon (0.05%).

    Additives: potassium sorbate 0.1%.

     

    Analytical Constituents: moisture 13.5%, crude ash 4.7%, crude fibre 1.2%, protein 5.26%, fat content 2.5%. 

     

    Feeding Guide: Suitable for all dogs and puppies over 6 months.

    Dog's weight = max. pieces per day:

    3kg - 7kg = 1/3 to 2/3 of a cane.

    7kg - 12kg = 2/3 to 1+1/3 of a cane.

    12kg - 18kg = 1+1/3 to 2 canes.

    >18kg = 3 canes.

     

    These are a complementary food for dogs. Not for human consumption.

     

    Dogs should be supervised when chewing any treat.
